You can clean the ANABOX smart by hand and partially in the dishwasher
Protective cover, drawer, and cup
For cleaning the drawer and the cup, remove these components. Open the lids of the cups. Rinse them with lukewarm water and a mild dishwashing detergent approved for cleaning dishes. Alternatively, you can clean the cups with the lid open (including the drawer) in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 50°C.
Ensure that the cups are adequately dried before restocking in both methods.
The use of commercially available DE disinfectants, such as Sterillium Virugard or Isopropanol 70% is possible.
After cleaning and disinfection, ensure that the cups are adequately dried and ventilated (disinfection) before restocking with medication. Furthermore, we recommend cleaning the ANABOX® smart before each restocking with medication.
Electronic control unit
Ensure that the electronic control unit is always free from dust and other contaminants.
The electronic control unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth, as otherwise the function of the ANABOX® smart cannot be guaranteed!
