Return Policy

We offer a risk-free 30-day trial for the ANABOX Smart. Test the product for a month. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of purchase and get a full refund, no questions asked.

Procedure

• Contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return the ANABOX Smart for a refund of the purchase price. You can reach us at support@wirewire.de. You are also welcome to use the Sample Withdrawal Form or the Chat feature.
• You will receive from us all documents for the return and instructions for returning the product.
• Make sure that the ANABOX Smart is returned in the original packaging, undamaged, and with all the accessories provided.
• Once we receive the returned product and check its condition, the full amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (anmed GmbH, Am Gewerbegebiet 5, 09474 Crottendorf) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email to support@anabox-smart.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically submit the Model Withdrawal Form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (e.g., chat). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
